Toni Wells Whittier served as the litigation department section head in the Dallas office of a leading national law firm, where she gained substantial hands-on experience in all facets of business and practice development. She has worked closely with attorneys at all levels of seniority to plan and activate successful career-building strategies. Toni has developed law firm training programs, participated on recruiting committees, served on a firm-wide partnership committee, and chaired a firm-wide associate recruitment and professional development committee. She is a frequent speaker on law firm management, business development, and leadership topics, and is a member of the faculty at the University of Dallas School of Management’s Executive & Professional Coaching Program. Toni is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Smith College and received her JD from Yale Law School.
