Our Executive Program is a one-on-one coaching program that allows us to spend significant time working hands-on with you in a series of regularly scheduled telephone sessions. Because the program is customized to fit your needs, it can cover any number of subject matters, or just a few, depending on what’s important to you at this point in your legal career. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner who wants to expand your client base and achieve greater autonomy through targeting potential clients and industries, or a more junior lawyer interested in instituting an effective networking system and organizing a public speaking program, this option is for you. And, after our initial sessions are finished, we offer discounted follow-on options to those wanting to take their business development initiatives to the next level. How the Executive Program Works: The Executive Program is comprised of 10 sessions and begins with an initial orientation session during which we discuss your goals and gather information that lets us design a program to meet your individual needs. Nine regularly-scheduled 45-minute sessions follow the orientation. You have the option to choose the Executive Program Original, complete with written strategic plan, or the Executive Program Express, which does not include a plan component. Option 1Executive Program Original: This program utilizes a two-tiered approach. The first tier involves the actual drafting of a personalized strategic plan that allows you to actually shape your future. We are there every step of the way, with comments, suggestions, and relevant market information. To fully activate your plan, we also move forward simultaneously with the second tier of the program: a series of discussions that take place during regularly scheduled phone sessions. Depending on the focal points of your program, the topics discussed might range from the creation of a 30-second commercial to a smorgasbord of tips on effective client relationships to pointers for effective client pitch materials, and much more. Option 2Executive Program Express: While we recommend the inclusion of the plan element in most cases, we understand that sometimes attorneys prefer to focus their energies on the conversational aspect of the program, often with an emphasis on brainstorming in connection with particular business and practice development issues and questions.
