1. Tune Up Sessions. With this follow on program, you keep track of the items you want to discuss, and when the time is right, you can call or e-mail us to schedule a single 45-minute tune-up session. Or, you can purchase a group of 3 tune-up sessions at a reduced rate to be used anytime desired. A single tune-up session, lasting 45 minutes, plus an e-mail summarizing key points, costs $250. If 3 tune-up sessions are purchased in advance, the cost is $715 (summary e-mails also included). With tune-up sessions, attorneys identify the areas that they want to cover in the sessions, and the timing of the sessions is entirely up to them. There is no formal plan component to this follow on option.

2. Plan Check-Ins. If you would prefer to tie the follow-on program to the written plan (as many law firms do), then scheduling Plan Check-Ins is the way to go. With this program, we would schedule plan check-ins every 3 or 4 months over the next year. Prior to the check-in, the attorney updates particular aspects of his or her written plan and provides it to us prior to the check-in session. Then, during the check-in, which is a 45-minute telephone conference, we would provide comments, share ideas, and discuss strategies. The call is followed with a written e-mail from us to the attorney that summarizes the discussion and also includes any further thoughts and information we may have on the subjects discussed. The cost is $625 per check-in. We recommend scheduling 3-4 check-ins over 12 months, and there is a minimum of 2 check-ins annually.
