Our small group coaching sessions enable us to spend time with a small group of lawyers (3-8 persons) to formulate either individual or group business development strategies. Group coaching is particularly effective with lawyers who are building a practice area together, and also with attorneys practicing in different areas who are at approximately the same level of seniority and facing similar business and practice development issues and opportunities. The interactive nature of the small group acts as a catalyst for progress in areas ranging from developing a group message to branding to cross-selling.

How it Works: The program is comprised of 10 sessions and begins with an initial orientation session during which we discuss the group’s individual and/or collective goals. Nine regularly-scheduled 60-minute sessions follow the orientation. Sessions can involve the creation of individual plans, or a group plan, or can be done without a plan component. Small group coaching is particularly effective for individuals who are working together to build a practice area, or as an information-sharing platform for individuals from different practice areas at approximately the same level of experience.
