Whittier Legal Consulting provides dynamic coaching and consulting services to law firms and individual lawyers across the United States. In addition, graduates of our coaching program and attorneys with marketing and business development experience are eligible for our Level 2 programs, which are short, intensive programs offered on an evolving, limited time basis that are tied to ongoing developments in the marketplace for legal services.
If you are a law firm, we provide consulting services on broader-based business development strategies, including post-recessionary client retention and development programs, systematic approaches for cross-selling with success, and methodologies for effectively utilizing internal practice and business development plans. Of course, customized individual and small group business development coaching is available to your lawyers as well. Plus, our manager/leader program, revised to incorporate essential information as we emerge from the recession, brings mission-critical insights and ideas to practice group leaders.
